Returns & Exchanges
Return requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging, with barcodes and labels intact.
If your product or its packaging is received broken or damaged, please contact our support team with clear photographs or a video showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Please include your Order ID and Invoice when submitting a return or exchange request.
